Blake yang semula sudah putus asa dan tak berminat untuk memperbaiki hidupnya, akhirnya tersadar dan pelan-pelan mulai memperbaiki hidupnya. Sayang masalah yang dihadapi Blake bukan cuma masalah pribadi ini. Di saat yang sama Blake juga menjadi mentor buat seorang penyanyi pendatang baru bernama Tommy Sweet (Colin Farrell). Seiring mulai menanjaknya karir Tommy, Blake pun mulai merasakan kecemburuan karena ia hanya menjadi bayang-bayang di belakang kesuksesan Tommy. (kpl/roc)
